These terms govern this website only. They are not the terms for a ShowPilot event portal or a ShowPilot mobile app. Each event publishes its own terms of use, which are the organiser's, and those are what govern your use of that portal or app. If you accepted terms when you were invited to an event, those are the ones that apply to you there.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ShowPilot FZ-LLC (licence 47029552), Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Using this site
This is an informational website. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and share it.
You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks any applicable law

- interfere with the availability of the site for anyone else, including by placing it under unreasonable load

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please tell us at support@theshowpilot.com rather than demonstrating it.

The ShowPilot name, the Grid mark, the wordmark, the design of this site and its content belong to us or are used under licence. Nothing on this page grants you any right to use them beyond viewing the site and linking to it.
Names and marks of other organisations mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
4. No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available uninterrupted, that it will be free from error, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Descriptions of the ShowPilot platform on this site are general and for information. They are not an offer, and they do not form part of any contract. What any particular deployment of ShowPilot includes is determined solely by the written agreement covering it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Links to other sites
Where this site links to a site operated by someone else, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content, its availability, or how it handles your data.

How we handle personal data in connection with this site is set out in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The version number and effective date are shown at the foot of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction.
